New here! I've decided I'm going to get back on the horse and get this weight off! I need to lose about 20 pounds. I had it all off a year ago for my wedding, but NOOOOOO! Now I've gained it all back except 10-15 pounds. (Originally lost about 30.) I'm so disgusted with myself for throwing away all of the hard work I put into my weight loss. But I'm trying to have a good attitude about it (even though I can't get last years pants over my big butt!! LOL)...Looking for some support on the bad days and some cheering on my good ones! Hope I can offer the same!

Anyway, I'm a mom of two young men - 24 years old and 20 years old. I married my best friend last October. I work in the construction industry in sales...hmmm...not much else to tell. oh, I have two macaws that are my kid replacements (I'm pitiful!).

Thanks! I'm just working on not beating myself up. I also need to deal with the issues I have that keep me overeating. The actual gaining weight is actually just a symptom that something else is going on in my life. I wish I was not an emotional eater!
