Hello :)

I really want to start making healthier choices in my life. I joined this site to find support,receive helpful advice, and meet people who are struggling the daily struggles that I go through everyday. I couldn't even begin to tell you how many times I have told myself, ''oh there's always tomorrow!'' Well today is the day! I'm making changes! I'm going to eat Healthier, and get off my butt and do something about it! I look forward to meeting new people, hearing your stories, goals, and progress!

that's awesome Jade!!! i also had a similar epiphany 2 weeks ago and joined this place exactly 2 weeks ago today! i cant imagine my life without the wonderful support of everyone here!

this site is so great! i love it! completely changed my life :)
