No longer putting myself on hold!

Hi,

I just wanted to introduce myself... I have lurked here on and off for awhile. It is time. I have been in a terrible eating cycle with the Atkins diet - a few weeks of perfect eating, then cheating, then trouble getting back on track, rinse, repeat - and need to reevaluate the situation. It's been almost 2 years of this.

I just want to eat normally... whatever that means. I want to eat and lose weight without eliminating any macro nutrient. (calorie counting/exercise)

I have lost the first 1/2 of my weight with Atkins and that's great. But it's time to do something I can do for life...

I am quite tall - 5'10" and need to lose about 40 more pounds! I know I can do this - this site is great!

Cheers,
Glam

Welcome if I may give a word of advice, I am not really doing any diet plan yes I do look off of slimfast website to see what foods they have , I just cut out soda, bread, pasta and sweets, and upped my water intake and eating more chicken, fish, tuna, veggies and fruit and work out and walk every day. It is hard but we can do it, remember one pound one day at a time.

Hi, I'm new too and might I suggest alili? I been doing if for a few months. The weight loss is slow but I find it a great way to train yourself to balance ur diet. The side down side is u cheat u kind of reject the extra fat and mess with ur digestion. Again
