I am 33 years old (34 in just a few short weeks!) and I am about a hundred pounds overweight. I am basically just starting this journey so I need all of the support and accountability that you could provide.
My first and current goal is not actually a weight loss goal but a habitual gym routine. My job is such that I can usually sneak away for a couple of hours during the day to go to the gym so I have absolutely no excuses.
So far I have been to the gym 4 days in a row. My short term goal is to go 28 days in a row (because word on the street is that it takes 28 days to develop a habit). I am realistic about the fact that I can't go to the gym every day for the rest of my life but I also don't think that this particular 28 day goal is that much of a commitment in the big scheme of things.
