Hi and thanks to everyone for being here!!

Long time reader of this forum, seven months ago I started my weight loss journey armed in large part with many of the ideas and general support of you great group of people, 346 lbs ago...

Today I weighted in at 274 lbs, halfway toward my goal and felt it was about time I posted to throw a big:

THANK YOU!!!

To all you wonderful people and your great support!

So today I embark on the second half of my journey towards 200 lbs; I'll probably need all the help I can get.
