I live in Houston, Tx. I'm 20 years old and I work for the Houston Better Business Bureau and am also a full time student. I really have very little free time, but I am making the most of my life.

I started my life changing, weight loss adventure about a month ago. I weighted in at 210 and now weigh in at 194. My original "mini-goal" was under 200, but that came easily, so I think I'll make it when I get under 190. These 4 pounds are being very stubborn..

I joined this forum because a friend of mine is on here and we are embarking on this part of our lives at the same time. I hope it helps.
