Here we go again!
Hi everybody!
I'm 21, 5'8" and weigh a little bit more than I'd like to. Last summer I lost 20 pounds healthily, but then gained it all back again over the winter. I did WW for a while, but I got really OCD and obsessive, and I didn't think it was healthy for me to keep going. I've kept a lot of the good eating habits from that though, like vitamins and lots of fiber, fruits and veggies. :) So I've started all over again, more or less, and want to give it a proper go without getting lazy a few months later. When I started losing weight last year, I had my roommate doing it with me, but things sorta went sour with her for reasons better left unsaid. But I miss having someone to share things with, go to for advice, and to cheer me on. And then I found this site! So here's to a happy and healthy future (for all of us). |
