Hi, Where do I belong?

Hello, everyone!
I'm not sure where I belong on here. I started doing the South Beach Diet, and I'm kinda doing a modified version of it now. I've combined it with the Eat This, Not That book to help me with some of the family frustrations of the SBD. It seems to be working, because I even lost weight on vacation this summer, and I didn't feel deprived.

Hello there! Welcome to the site! :)

You can join us on the South Beach Diet board. It will be a great place of support for you, although there are great areas throughout the site. Going to the SBD area will also help you to find great tips on making this lifestyle more family-friendly. ;)
