Learn to distract your self with something esle, I do know how that feels, I used to do the same. Remind your self of your goals, make a calender. Go for walks for a start. And eat organic food that you like to start out. Try to eat only when your hungry. Other they that, look around have patience, get ride of the junk food in your house, make sure your full before you go foodshoping too.

Stay positive, and look around here.

And never beat yourself up, start eating good and drinking lot's of water and you WILL feel the difference, you'll be proud, and you'll feel good, becuase your putting good stuff in. You don't have to starve to loss wieght. it's good to eat. Eat mini meals(good ones) 5-6 times a day. look around, we are all her to support you.
