Unhappy need the push i need!

hi! im new here! i have put on 13 kgs in 2 years! after I brokeup!
kept eating like a pig.... well i was never skinny .. put had always tried hard 2 maintain!
every other day im deciding to start loosing weight... and im always back 2 square one... juts gettin demotivated for no reason.... it had made my confidence level go to zero.. my clothes dont fit!.. i feel awful...
im just not able to make it back to my shape... im loosing hope...

please support me!.... everytime i loose 4 or 5 kgs!... there i go.. put it all back again by just not caring!

i couldnt have felt worse for my weight... i have become obsessive eater.. even if im not hungry!.. i eart just becoz i see it! i eat just because im thinking of food!

i dont wanna look ugly! i have a preety face... but my weight takes all the credit my face deserves...
i really need ur support!

Come on in! I had the same issues for years. I joined this site a couple of weeks ago, and I have lost 4 lbs, not all that much, but for the first time in my life I am excercising, and I geel GOOD. Visit the forums, you will find lots of support, advice, and ideas.

Hi, welcome, Endless Love. Learn to distract your self with something esle, I do know how that feels, I used to do the same. Remind your self of your goals, make a calender. Go for walks for a start. And eat organic food that you like to start out. Try to eat only when your hungry. Other they that, look around have patience, get ride of the junk food in your house, make sure your full before you go foodshoping too. Stay positive, and look around here. And never beat yourself up, start eating good and drinking lot's of water and you WILL feel the difference, you'll be proud, and you'll feel good, becuase your putting good stuff in. You don't have to starve to loss wieght. it's good to eat. Eat mini meals(good ones) 5-6 times a day. look around, we are all her to support you.

This site is full of support and great information, just read around and you'll find what you need!

Don't forget though, that true motivation comes from within and you have to find that yourself.
