Hello again (sort of)
 

I was a member here ages and ages ago but I've long since forgotten whatever my login might have been. I've moved, gotten married, moved again, had a baby, and gotten much much older all while gaining and losing the same thirty pounds over and over and over again.

I've had a little wake up call now that "the baby" is a three year old who is watching everything I do and sadly, picking up my bad habits. I'm sure I'm not the first mom (or dad, as the case may be) to find myself in this position. I'm heartbroken that despite my best efforts and intentions, my beautiful little girl is following in my footsteps. I hate hate hate how much of my brain power and energy has been spent on wishing I wasn't so fat and I refuse to pass that down to her so I'm here to get a grip on myself so I can start teaching her healthier habits by LIVING THEM.
