new fat chick on a diet!
 

Hi! I'm Kimberly From PA, I'm 22 and 186 lbs. I'm currently working on more healthy eating than anything else right now. I've lost weight before, was down to 135 lbs in 2005 but it slowly all crept back up on me. I feel a little down about it, a little defeated but I need to lose weight because I'm on my feet all day and it puts a lot of stress on my body. So anyway. Hello!

:welcome: Do not despair anymore, you've come to a wonderful site full of support. Do you have an eating plan set up already? If you do, there is probably a specific part of the forum already dedicated to it. If you don't, look around at all your options and pick the one that suits you best.
