Hi everyone. I'm new and looking for additional support. I made the decision to lose weight and become healthier on July 6th. I hired a personal trainer and I have been working out 5 days a week since then. As of yesterday I have gone from 258 lbs to 243 lbs, 15 lbs in 4 weeks. My goal is 135 and I hope to reach my goal by next year.
I am nervous about the upcoming months since I am a teacher and school will be starting up again in a couple of weeks. I hope I can continue my commitment to working out as my schedule gets busier. Right now I work out first thing in the morning but I am changing my schedule next week to 4:00 pm which will be the time I can go once school starts.
How does everyone else fit a workout in when they are really busy. I wake up at 5:00 am and by 6:30 I need to be out the door for work once school starts. I live 45 minutes away from where I work and by the time I drop my kids off at their different school it is 7:45 (which is when I need to be at work). I don't have time to fit in a workout in the morning and I am afraid by the time school is out and I can get to the gym I will be too worn out.
Any advice?
