Hi everyone

you can call me Dot. I've been in a battle with myself & my weight since I was a child. I've been overweight pretty much my whole life, but I'm finally ready to end this battle & win it. I've joined this forum for support, and to give support to others who are going through the same struggles as me.
I'm looking foward to getting to know all of you.
