Hi Everybody!

I'm new on the forum and I just wanted to say "hi" to everyone. I'm hoping that this is the time for me! I've made some poor eating choices in the past year, and I'm ready to face up to it and really make some changes in my life. I hope I find some support here, 'cause I know I'm going to need it!
