Time to say Hi....Finally
 
So I've been around. Posted 6-7 times. But I haven't really found my place.

I am restarting my weight loss journey. I have done alot of different things but this time I am trying something that makes sense to me. Just watching what I eat and moving more.

I recently got my GoWear fit (which is how I ended up here) and it has been enlightening. (Who knew I could burn 3600 calories in one day and no wonder on those days its hard to eat only 1200-1500 calories!!)

I track everything I eat on Sparkpeople and I am fairly active there.

I would like to become more active here but haven't really found where I fit it.

I am 29 (30 in November) so I don't know if I should be on the 20-somethings board. So how do I find my place and get involved? There are so many really LOOOOONG threads where people are already involved so I haven't figured out my place....

Hi and welcome to 3FC!

20 somethings or I believe, 30 somethings can be places for you to join in.

What diet plan are you following? We have lots of different forums for different plans and even for people with different support needs.

Have a look about then dive on in :D

I'm pretty much just counting calories....and other things like fiber, protien, carbs and sodium. It's centered around my GoWear Fit and my daily calorie burn
