I actually found this forum from checking out an informercial I saw earlier today about Food Lovers Fat Loss System. I always do a google search even if I am not interested in the product. I mainly want to find out what others say about the items. With my google search this time a link came up leading me to a post made by chunkychic's and this forum.

To me all informercials are just scams, but that is me. I still like looking them up on the net. One of the reasons is I never know where a link will take me. Such as in this case. :) I read the thread above and was hooked after reading chunkychic's weight loss journal!

I was intrigued and decided to join as this forum appears to have so much useful information on losing weight! Even for those with disabilities, which I haven't read yet but plan too. :)

I hope to get a lot of inspiration from others achievements and comments.

On Aug 1, I was planning on starting the diet again that I tried 2 years ago that allowed me to lose 55 pounds in 4 months. I haven't been back on it because it is so hard to get my mind set again to eat so little food. But, I have told myself and set myself up to start again because I seriously need to start losing weight again. The way I lost these 55 pounds I will post in the topic of lap bands.

I just want to say that this forum is FANTASTIC! I can't believe how many topics about so many different things are included in this site! I'm going to lose weight just by sitting here and reading EVERYTHING! LOL
