Back again!
Hi everyone!
I'm re-introducing myself...I was here last summer, and lost about 25 pounds. Then, I went to Paris to teach English for the school year, and yeah...gained it all back. Cheese and pastries and bread, oh my! They really know how to cook there!
So now I'm back again, and excited to cook delicious healthy foods and get active. I'm a calorie counter, so you'll see me in that forum. You'll also see me in the over-eaters forum because binging is a HUGE problem for me. I have at least 100 lbs to lose total, and if I remember correctly, there's a forum for that too. And, I'm 27, so I'll be in the 20-somethings area as well! It's great to have so many different outlets, and I remember that last summer, this forum was a HUGE help, especially for understanding my binging behaviors, so I'm grateful to all of you for that already!
I'm looking for a recommendation for a food scale and a regular body scale. I'll post the question in the appropriate forum, but I thought I'd throw it out here too.
I look forward to getting to know you all again!
