Hello all. My name is Judy, I'm 51 years young, and still trying to lose the weight. I say still because even though it feels like I'm starting over, I never really quit. I just got 'waylaid'. I was on this site years ago... lost some weight, gained some weight, lost, gained, lost... well, you get the picture. I'm still trying to get some solid footing... stay on plan, and lose the weight once and for all. It's gotten to the point where my health is suffering because of my weight. My blood pressure is up, my blood sugar is up, my cholesterol is up... come to think of it, the only thing that's down is the way I feel. :(

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to getting to know some folks on here, and sharing ideas... encouraging each other and supporting our efforts.
