Looking for a buddy
 

Hi Chicks,
I'm looking for support to lose about 30 pounds and the big roll around my middle. I'm just retired and love to cook. I'm from Northwestern Ontario and winter in Arizona. Would love some help getting on track to get in shape.

It looks like you have transformed yourself, Congratulations!
Where do you start the graph? Maybe it will motivate me to see the change in weight and see my goals. Just a newbie to the site.
