Introduction to my desperate effort
 

Hello! I wanted to reach out for additional support and who better than those who understand.

I am AJ. I live in Denver and I am on day 3 of slim4life. I am already struggling and I have failed more times than succeeded so any and all advice/support/friends I can get would be like a total gift.

I have hit an all high weight this year @ 27. I am at 175+ and I just can't watch the scale go up anymore. I am married and want to have a baby in the next few years but I need to be a lot healthier to conceive. I also just feel terrible. I am depressed, no energy and I have 0 motivation for anything other than my bed and my dogs.

I have never reached out for support before so I am hoping that this is what makes a difference for me.

I have never heard of slim4life but I will tell you that you have come to the right place for support and motivation. This site is full of that and much more.

Stay strong, believe in yourself and know that you can do this.
