Hello, i'm new! :)
Hey, my name is Bre :). I'm 16 years old and I weigh 142 lbs. I am considered overweight and I would like to get into a healthy range. My long term goal is to lose 20 lbs and finally be happy with the way I look. If anyone has any tips, please share them with me :)

My suggestion to someone 16 yrs old would be to try to drink lots of water and exercise some. Lose weight in a sensible way and not too quickly. You can do it if you set your mind to it. Stay motivated! Jo:) |
