Hello from Raleigh
 

Hello all!

My name is Kendra, and I'm from Raleigh, NC. Well, I'm a transplant, so if anyone else is from Raleigh--I'm still looking to make new friends! Heh.

I'm on my, like, 34th try at losing the weight. This time, though, I have a great motivator! I want to try to get pregnant, but I want to be safely in onederland before I do. Hopefully this will be enough motivation to get me over plateaus and whatnot.

I like this forum setup, and hope to stick around until I can put my pictures up in that goal pics thread!

I do love Raleigh, though I could do without the humidity. But I don't mind the short winters one bit!

I'm in Wake Forest, and as you can see from the Location on my profile, I'm a transplant too. I'm thinking 80% of the Triangle are people from somewhere else.

Hiya everybody! Hi NCers! Thanks for the welcome. So far so good. Another two pounds down this week.

The trick for me is lasting past the two month mark. If I do that, I usually can stick with it!
