Hello everyone! I'm new to the boards. I am trying out South Beach.
I have been lurking for a little bit, and the Phase 1 desserts I've tried thus far have been awesome!

I look forward to making new friends and losing this baby weight!

We have a TON of places here for you to investigate...including a wonderful, active South Beach forum, which it sounds like you've already found! We also have forums by age range and lots of miscellaneous clubs, groups, and challenges to keep you going.
