  • Age: 25
    Weight/Height: 135/ 5 4
    Goal: Lose 10 lbs AND be able to jog for a continuous hour
    Current regime: jog 35-40 mins a day, 6x a week

    I have the most difficulties with food intake. I love food and have difficulties eating carbs/sugars in moderation. Any tips on eating less food and eating better foods appreciated.
