For real this time!

:DHello everyone! This looks like a wonderful forum and I can't wait to jump in. My name is Stephanie, I'm married to my best friend Scott and mommy to 3 beautiful little girls ages 8,5 and 1. I've been over weight my whole life. I've never really learned what to eat. I really want to change that for the sake of myself and my kids. I've had a rough life and have depression issues from that, i'm currently on Effexor. I'm in a really great place right now in my life and I am ready to kick this weight for real!

Welcome. Glad you are here. You have landed in the gold mine my dear. There is support here but REAL answers too. 3FC has been paramount in my own efforts and education. Surf around and get comfortable. Like you I also have small girls and have struggled with depression. I am not doing meds though. PM anytime you like.
