Default New but Determined (this time)

Hi,

I have started so many times in the past but this time I am determined to stick with it. I started Weight Watchers last Thursday. I thought joining this community would give me some motivation to keep going. So any tips would be appreciated!

I forgot to ask how do I get a weight loss ticker - I want one that has my startin weight and goal weight. I am already planning for it to go down!

Enjoy your journey Stick around, 3FC is amazing for support. And as for the ticker, I believe you have to be a member for 20 days, and have atleast 20 post's.

Hi girls! I am one starting over and over :-) I lost 40 pounds in one year and than gain them all back in last 4 months. I could not start with the diet again. Today I overate and now I have decicded to go for one more round. Last one this time I hope!

The key problem is that I did not beleave it is possible. Not even when I lost 40 pounds. Now I think I have proved I can loose it and I sholud use my brain to do it again!

I am kind of rational person so I have to explain everything to myself :-)
So, what do you think on that? Do you really belave that its feasible?

I just joined a few days ago and I’m really enjoying being on 3FC!

It’s great to get help when trying to lose weight. It’s hard and sometimes you just want to give up, but just keep going and you will see results!

I got mu ticker, jeeee.
Well, I am fad up as you are. I am not sure about anything but I know I will start with the first step and keep on going. I will go somewhere in that way I guess :-)))

I have all the info I need, I know all the facts and everything. I am not doing a thing. So, from tomorrow I will start moving more, eating healthy, and not worry about that how much time I will need to lose and what other people THINK OF ME.

Also, I will use internet only 1-2 hours in the evening becuase PC makes me fat also. I will ride a bike or do something else in stead of that. What are you going to change?

Hi Add girl.

I totally think loosing weight is not only feasible but something you can accomplish.

It is a brain thing. If you lost 40lbs in a year and then gained it all back in 4 months well…something did not work. Ask yourself why. Feel free to PM me if you could use some support or motivation. I’m more then happy to help.

Yes, I am wondering what went wrong. I am emotional eater and I think thats it. Maybe I need a shrink not a diet :-)
