Hello all!

I am 20 years old....I weigh around 200 lbs. I need motivation and help!

I have no idea where to begin or how to get motivated and especially stay motivated!

What is even more difficult is that I was recently diagnosed with Polycystic ovary syndrom. It is very difficult to lose weight. I am taking medication and I have been a lot less hungry than I once was.

Anyway I hope that I can find real support. I've looked just about everywhere and it's gotten me no where.
