Hello
After coming across this site, I've been debating for days whether to join up or not and finally made a decision early this morning. It seems like such a positive and supportive place to be and maybe that's just what I need at this point. I quit smoking six months ago and have packed on 30 lbs. I'm at the point now where I can't look at myself in the mirror without feeling a great deal of disgust because I've let myself get to this point. I have lots of small woman clothes that I really want to get back into once again. Now I'm wearing oversized clothes to try to hide the way I look and frankly I'm sick of it. Hopefully this will be a new beginning. :D
