As an adult I've gotten (to be blunt) lazy, but continued eating. As a result...well we all know what happened.
Recently I've decided to give running a shot. I have a 2 year old Labrador who absolutely loves this decision!
I've been watching my calorie intake and exercising. (It has really only been 5 official days)
My goal is to get myself to a healthy BMI. Which means I have to lose 20lbs this summer. If I can lose 2lbs each week, then I should make the goal. (Realistically, if I lose 10 I will be ecstatic)
It is so nice to see a site with such positive thinking...yay to everyone here for trying to find a healthier you!
