Hello everyone!!! My name is Whitney, I am a mom to 3 girls ages 1, 3, and 17, I need to get active again and set a good example for my girls especially the 17 year old since she weighs as much as me. Im considering the Fat Smash Diet but I am concerned about my small girls and my husband (who is a really picky eater) So im going to go check out the book today and we will see how that goes!
