Hello from Oklahoma!

Greetings from the Sooner State. I've been browsing around the site and am hoping to get the help and support I need for PERMANENT weight loss.

I have been overweight as long as I can remember and am heavier than I have ever been. While at times I feel confident in myself, there are many times when all I see is fat.

Right now is one of those times. I just saw a picture taken over the weekend and was saddened by what I saw.

Today's the day I work toward making the best me possible.

Glad you joined us! You CAN do this! I noticed your start and goal weights are very close to mine. One piece of advice I love to give - stick around 3FC. This site is a WONDERFUL resource on your journey! I can't imagine weight loss without the fine folk around here :yes:
