Yes low GI foods are best to keep the insulin spikes low and the fatty deposits the same. When I did super low carb I still lost weight very quickly despite the IR, so hopefully this time eating a more 'balanced' diet from the outset will be ok too.
And yes I do need a kick in the posterior!!!! ha!!! I really have no excuse not to go to at least ONE of the gyms do I! ha! |
