Hello and welcome to the community. It's good to know that this forum is not just within the boundaries of the USA.

SWEDEN......Not the best place in the world to be overweight. I visited Stockholm in the summer of 1998 and weighed around 140lbs. I felt huge there. With all the beautiful women....who all looked like models!!! In my eyes anyway! I didn't really find the food any good there. So I went for the junk!!! To make me feel even worse! Good luck!

Thanks, I´m not the only one even if we have less overweight people then the US. I guess taste is different. I think we have pretty normal food but it depends on where you went and what you tried.
