Hello all you out there in cyber land....I am the newest memeber on this forum. I have been on every diet known to man...I am sure we can all relate!...and I am ready to make some permanent changes (you think I would have been able to do this after 47 years!)

I am the mother of a 20yo son and almost 17yo daughter. I have been married for almost ten years to a man that loves me no matter what size I am. I am an avid crafter...right now my passions are sewing and decopage. I also crochet...it is more portable than the first two. I am also a diva with a capital D! I love community theater and I am lucky enought to live in a city that has a vibrant group of community theaters.

I have been doing some research online for the millionth time and I came across the Sonoma Diet and I have decided to commit to it. This is the perfect time of year for me to begin since our gardens have started producing cucumbers, green beans and peppers.

I am hoping to become an active member of this community and to get to know all of you.
