Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I used to belong here a long time ago, I need help. I was down to under 200 lbs about 6 years ago and have put it all back on and then some I'm now weighing in at 288 after having lost 10 lbs. I'm 44 years old and am not going to let this weight control me any longer. I really appreciate any support I can get.
