hello from Japan
 

Hey everyone, my name is Courtney. I just joined. I've been dieting for about a week now. I've lost 8lbs so far. I would like to lose about 70lbs.
I am here to support and get support from others. I've struggled with my weight pretty much my whole life. I yo yo a lot. Now I'm trying to lose weight because my husband and I would like to have a baby some time next year.
I live in Japan, about 25 miles from Tokyo. I live here because my husband is in the military. I was born and raised in the DC area. I went to college in Boston for photography. I have a lot of interests, including music, art, reality tv, Sanrio, traveling, etc. If you have any questions please ask.

This is my first few days and I am just finding my way around.
I am tentatively beginning this journey, and hoping that the support of others who know what it is like will sustain me on the bad days.
