New here and Needs Help :)
 

Hi, My name is Tina, I am 36 yrs old. I had gastric bypass July 05. My beginning weight was 320, I went down to 190 and couldn't go below. Due to unforeseen major stresses and depression in the past year and a half I am up to 213! I am freaking out :*(

I thought that getting on depression meds would help, but that only made me gain! So I am off of them. The stresses have lessened recently so I am hoping to get back on the right track! I refuse to go back to where I was!

I am truly glad I found this support group :)
