Just introducing myself....it seems I've done this in a few places....??

My name is Melissa and I'm a mom of 6.

I can't wait to meet some people and maybe make some friends and find some much needed support.

I love my husband, but he just doesn't get my addiction to food and my inability to control myself. He can't support what he doesn't believe is real.

Can't wait to get involved here!!!

Hello Melissa and Welcome to the board! I'm a new person as well to the site, but from my experience so far you will find that everyone is just so nice and supportive of each other.

If you ever need encouragement, it is never lacking here. There is always someone to take time out and give you a bit of support and a pick me up.

Oh, and I had a friend who was also a mom of 6 and around your starting weight, now she has lost a bunch of weight and slimmed down though she is still working on losing it all. I know if she can do it then so can you!
