Hi Everyone

I have just registered with this forum today so thought I would say hello,Im 30 years old and hail from Belfast NOrthern Ireland. Im basically looking for some motivation and inspiration to help me get rid of all this excess weight that really gets me down quite a lot. I know I can do it as Ive done it before but its keeping off not losing I think is the hardest part. Hello to everyone and I hope to find som good tips here :)

Hey,

Take a look around the forums and you'll find some great tips on maintaining weight after weight loss. I'm just starting my attempt at maintenance and I've found the advice on here to be great :)
