Is the master cleanse really a colon cleanse or just a diet?

To the best of my knowledge, it's a drink formulated to release calories slowly over the day so that you are not exactly starving but are cutting your caloric intake waaaayyy back.

Have you gone looking in the Does it Work threads?

Wouldn't couldn't consider it either. From what I remember, it's just a way of flushing your system.
