Newbie from NJ here.
 

Hello everyone!

I am 23 years old and I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. I have two children who I would like to set a good examples for. It means a lot to me for them to be healthy, happy human beings, with long lives ahead of them. My greatest fear is that they will be like the rest of my family who are plagued with heart disease, diabetes and obesity.

So, here I am, ready and willing to learn all I can to make healthy changes to my life so that theirs will be better too.
