New to 3FC
 

I've been browsing through this site for a few weeks and finally registered. My story is like everyone else's. Tried everything, some worked, some didn't, gained back the weight plus some. I really like the encouragement and positive attitude on this site. Gonna try weight watchers again, worked for me in the past. Any help and guidance is always appreciated.

:welcome: Glad you joined us! 3fc is a great site for support. WW is a good program, and we have a really active WW forum here. Make sure you post over there if you have WW related questions.

I've never tried an online support group before, it makes me super excited inside and I'm really pumped by the positive attitude and support too, it makes me feel like I can really make it happen.
