NEW start for an OLD member - Last 10 lbs!!
 

Hello old and new friends, I am a returning member to 3FC after a two year break due to being busy and I have no excuses. I need the support I receive from this site. I am still struggling with the last 10 lbs syndrome!! I know there are many of us out there in 3FC land. You know who you are. Send me a note if you relate! Look forward to getting back to a daily check of 3FC's but now, I'm putting away the laptop and lacing up my sneakers and getting out there for some much needed exercise! Glad to be back!
