Trying. Again. Sigh...
 
I'm keeping this short and sweet. This is not my first go around the block. It's not even my first time on 3FC. But, somehow, it's different now. There are certain things I know I NEED to do, but I don't have much support, really, here at home. Everybody is always telling me "You look fine." Well, great. But, first, you're all full of poo. Second, I *might* look fine, but I feel like poo.
So, what do I need to do this time around?
1. Exercise. Every day. No excuses.
2. Pay attention to what and why you are eating.
3. Avoid your danger zones.
4. Believe in the power of YOU.

Ok. That's all for now. I will post more later, but I know I'm gonna need some people on here cheering me on. :hug:

I just re-started as well. So I know exactly how you feel.

You've made a great first step by making a decision to jump back on the bandwagon. Another great step is logging on back to this site again.

Thanks, guys! I KNOW I'll have great support on here. I look forward to it. I'm also going to steal an idea from somebody else's post to add to mine:
5. Eat for the body you WANT, not for the body you HAVE.
6. Exercise for the body you WANT, not for the body you HAVE.
Makes sense.

Also, where I do I get the little tickers that are so popular on here????
Right now, all I can do is this, and it's not much fun:
CW: 153
GW: 135
1st Goal: 148

Finally, how do you all feel about things like Alli? I've been REALLY tempted to use it as kind of a push, but not sure. What do you think?

Hi SuperGirl! :) To get the tickers I think you have to be a member for 20 or 30 days and have made 20 posts. It's something like that! When you get your ticker, you'll love them! I find mine encourages me to keep on losing weight, and besides, they're cute! :D I never tried Alli, so I don't know about it, but you may want to make a search on the name and see if anything shows up.
