Hey Linzluv, I am starting my 4 week challenge with Hip Hop Abs today. If you post the challenge I will participate. I have it scheduled that I am doing it 6 days a week for the next 4 weeks.

cool, still working on the menu plan for everyone, takes alot of creative effort to make a 4 week meal plan for everyone to follow. I'm going to pick myself up the hip hop abs next week too, and test it out, I saw it on tv, looks good and fun. I added you to my buddy list, so we can check in with each other on how the loss is going.

Also that's cool you are coming up with a food plan. I know for myself I have a terrible time following food menus. It's hard because I don't cookn yet I like to eat--how odd! Haha! As for HHA I thinlk the workout is an acquired taste. I still think it is doable but the instructor gets on my nerves. But while I get that thought I notice the time is closer to getting done. So I keep doing it. I might even buy his new one when it comes out. |
just click on my name under my avatar pick, and it is at the bottom, add to buddy list, then it will bring you to a screen and you click the save button.
I think most all work out vids the instructors are annoying, good point with saying it distracts you! lol its true. Once you get used to the routine, you could always just mute it, and play good music. just a thought. |

cool, I posted the 4 week challenge in the goals section of chicks up for a challenge, check it out. I really thought more people would be interested in a full menu plan, no replies yet. Let me know what you think.
