Hi Everyone...My name is Robyn
 

I just thought I would introduce myself, my name is Robyn and you guessed it, I am a newbie. I am 38 and currently back on Weight Watchers. It is a little different for me now, I am taking a more mature approach to losing weight than I have in the past. I am 5 years post op of Bariatric Surgery, and although I have no regrets having it, I have learned that it is constantly something you have to work at in order to stay healthy. I am an Armywife, and this life is very stressful, and I have gained some weight back. My husband is currently deployed to Afghanistan, so in order to deal with the stress I am taking a better approach by taking better care of me! I thought signing on to 3FC would be a great place to vent and give and get support. I look forward to getting to know some of you.:)

I can't imagine the stress you're under but I think it's great that you're so positive!
