Married, mom to four and grandma to one.

I cook, garden, practice Witchcraft, and travel with my beloved each autumn.

Former weight? 240 lbs.

Current weight? 135 lbs.

Have maintained this weight for 6 + years. No surgery.

Am involved with the LYTE Program at Brown University School of Medicine.

This research is attempting to unlock the key to successful long-term weight loss.
