Hi, Im really needing to lose at least a stone, Im currently about 10.8 and 5'6 in height was wondering if anyone wanted to do join in...I have 14 lbs to lose by August 19th starting today.....

I was going to do weekly weigh ins...

thanks ladies, im on to it although second day in and ive already eaten biscuits but im taking the dog out soon on a long one so will hopefully burn some of it off
