Hello!
I am new to the forum and have been spending the last few days reading everyone's posts and feeling more and more inspired.
I officially started my weight loss journey almost 9 weeks ago and I have lost 21.8 pounds and 17 inches. To finally be below the 250 mark feels great!
I am a busy mom of 5 and my motivation is very tied to them. I want to be able to keep up with them all, I want to see them grow up and grow old and I want to set an example of healthy living for them all.
I have started incorporating exercise into my day and that also feels great! I have done that before but it never seems to last more than a week so I am hoping that, with inspiration from here, this time I can make it stick!
