Hi,

My name is Amanda and I am 25 years old. I have been heavy for as long as I can remember. As a teenager I only had about 20 extra pounds but I thought that I was huge. Now I am about 300 Pounds and I relize how good I actually looked as a teen. I might be off some on the pounds. My scale is not exactly reliable but the tape mesure sure is. I have a 53 inch waist wich does not exactly flatter my 5 ft 4 inch body. As a teen and into my tweentys I struggled with serious depression which lead to overeating and binge eating. My deppression is doing better now though I still have a couple ruff spots. I have a great support system now and feel as if I can tackle the world. Lets start with a couple inches first.
